Product Overview
The Kit Exhalation Valve Heater is a specially designed assembly intended for use in CARESCAPE® R860 ventilator. The exhalation valve heater assembly with shielded cable assembly is used to prevent moisture from condensing in the expiratory flow sensor when a humidifier is used in the ventilator. The part consists of exhalation valve heater cover, four conductor 30 AWG shielded cable, bend relief, orient plug connector, multi-language label and instruction manual. The heater cover is made of high quality polyphenylsulfone material that has excellent chemical resistance and better impact resistance capability, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The products high quality material helps to offer a reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span. The part can be used as a field replacement unit during servicing and maintenance. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. The service parts are securely packaged inside a high quality packing box and are supported by bubble wrap or pad at the sides to avoid physical damage during transit.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items clinical accessories, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
