Overview

This is a three day Instructor Led Advanced level course. Due to the complexity of the course content, students need to have completed Implementing Digital Technology in Healthcare, BX50 Hardware and Central Station training prior to registering for this course.

Student will learn how to configure and troubleshoot the CARESCAPE Gateway.

Upon completion of this program, the student will:

•Visualize the CARESCAPE monitoring ecosystem and how the components interact with one another
•Explain the function of the CARESCAPE Gateway (CSG) in a medical environment
•Describe the data passed by the CSG
•Classify the tasks associated with installing the CSG and related equipment
•Utilize service tools and diagnostic features to troubleshoot and repair CSG hardware and software
•Perform backup and restore operations on a CSG
